An independent AI systems company.

Sataklela OÜ is an independent company that builds, operates, and deploys AI-powered software; for its own products and for business clients. We are registered in Tallinn, Estonia, and operate without external investment.

The products we build address specific, high-value problems: employability and career positioning, AI writing detection and document intelligence, and educational tooling. Each product is designed around a gap that existing systems were not built to fill; identified through direct, firsthand experience of the problem, not market research.

We also build custom AI systems to client specification, on a royalty-per-seat engagement model. SOPGen, a standalone Statement of Purpose generator commissioned by a Higher Education recruitment client, is an example of this track.

Raunak Hede is an MEng Robotics, Mechatronics and Control Engineering graduate from Loughborough University. He has been building things under the name Sataklela since he was eleven; it began as a Gmail address, became the name of his first competition robot, and is now an Estonian company.

The original ambition was a robotics company. Isaac Asimov's I, Robotshaped that, especially the character of Stephen Byerley, and the founding philosophy hasn't moved since then: build systems that make disconnected things communicate and become better, in service of people. He's pro-technology and willing to take calculated risks, with one rule he doesn't break — never take someone else down in the process. There were no co-founders and no external investors. Bootstrapped with a grin.

CV as a Service started in 2021 as direct, hands-on help for international students at Loughborough who were falling through the gaps; not because they lacked capability, but because the systems around them weren't built for their circumstances. The transition to an AI platform came in December 2023 from a simple question on a late-night video call: why not automate the process? Raunak's answer was to replace himself in the workflow. He was glad to do it.

Much of this was built while he sorted out his own visa and right-to-work situation; he rarely mentions that part. Sataklela OÜ was incorporated in Estonia in November 2025 via e-residency: the cleaner regulatory path available to him at the time, and a practical choice for operating in an interconvertible currency zone.

Only dead fish go with the flow.

The current products, CVaaS and UnTXT, are the direct result of problems Raunak encountered firsthand, or watched people he knew encounter firsthand. That proximity is deliberate. Small, specific solutions with visible effects beat sweeping changes you can't actually measure. If one person can breathe easier because of something he built, that's all the validation he needs.
