People are not data. But data can help people be seen.
The products we build are not the result of market research. They come from firsthand experience of the gaps; in careers support, in academic writing, in how organisations process information.
Every product is built to solve a specific problem, measurably, for real people. Small, focused solutions with visible effects. Not sweeping platforms built for scale before the problem is understood.
No co-founders. No external investors. Bootstrapped, and built on a single principle: if one person can breathe easier because of something we built, that is sufficient.

We ship working software. The measure of success is whether it solves the actual problem. Not the pitch, not the roadmap. The thing itself.

We also build to spec.
Alongside our own products, we scope, architect, and deliver domain-specific AI systems to client specification; from document intelligence to conversational workflows, on a royalty-per-seat model.
